This site is operated by Garland Wear, a children's clothing brand in formation. Once our company registration completes, this section will name the registered entity, its registration number and its registered office.
Nothing. There is no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no login, no shopping basket and no analytics on this site. We do not build profiles, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not share anything with third parties, because there is nothing to share.
Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider which may keep short-lived technical logs — an IP address, the time of a request, the page requested and the browser used. These are generated automatically by the internet itself rather than collected by us, are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are not linked to any identity.
We load two typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address. Google states it does not use this to identify individuals or serve advertising. If you would prefer this not to happen, most browsers and content blockers can block third-party font requests, and the site will still work using your system fonts.
When this changes. The moment we add a sign-up form, a shop or any analytics, this page will be rewritten before that feature goes live, and you will be asked to consent to anything that is not strictly necessary.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act and, where it applies to you, the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Since we currently hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to produce — but the right stands, and you are welcome to test it.
